What currency are your prices in?
We are based in Hong Kong so all prices displayed are in HK dollars (HKD).
What payment methods does Basics for Basics accept?
We process all orders with Paypal. Visa, Master cards are processed through Paypal as well while registering for an Paypal account is not necessary.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need. We process orders super-fast, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll try our best to catch it before it goes out!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery.
How much does shipping cost in Hong Kong?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Hong Kong.
How much does international shipping cost?
Standard international shipping is a flat rate HK$150. We offer free international shipping on orders over HK$1500.
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 days of purchase from Hong Kong, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship during public holidays.
How can I make a return?
If you would like to return an item, please let us know at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your Basics for Basics online store order, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements.
Are returns free?
Yes they are free within Hong Kong. You may use SF Express as your courier and choose the option of ‘pay by receiver’. Please ship to 'Shop B, G/F, 6-10 Shin Hing Street, Central HK'. Please be reminded to email us before hand to make sure your return is accepted.
Is there a return policy?
Yes there is. Any returns that are sent back to us without prior approval will not be processed.
Please note that:
– All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for resale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods. All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if the above returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
– Returns must arrive back to our workroom within 20 days of the original delivery date. Returns exceeding this timeframe will either be processed for an online credit, or sent back to you at our discretion.
